1. B2B Only Service Engagement
KeksGlobal is a specialized Enterprise Observability and Infrastructure Monitoring platform. Our services are designed and provided exclusively for Commercial, Business-to-Business (B2B) use. We do not provide services to individual consumers or for personal, family, or household purposes.
By initializing a KeksGlobal account, you certify that the entity you represent is a valid legal business and that the data processed through our SDKs is purely professional telemetry.
2. Nature of Communications (Transactional Only)
The KeksGlobal infrastructure is architected strictly for Transactional Notifications and System Alerts. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Critical System Crash Reports & Stack Traces.
- Infrastructure Uptime Alerts and Latency Threshold Notifications.
- Security Incident Responses and Workflow Orchestration.
- API Key Management and Account Authentication.
Strict Prohibition: KeksGlobal does not support, permit, or facilitate Marketing, Newsletters, Promotional, or Bulk Solicitation traffic. Any account attempting to utilize our relay for non-transactional purposes will be terminated instantly.
3. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy (ZTSP)
KeksGlobal maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding unauthorized or unsolicited communications. Our IP reputation is critical for mission-critical alert delivery.
- No Purchased Lists: The use of third-party, purchased, or rented email lists is strictly forbidden.
- No Cold Outreach: Our relay may only be used to communicate with users/systems with whom you have a pre-existing professional relationship and who expect transactional data.
- Metadata Monitoring: Our system utilizes AI-driven triage to monitor bounce rates and spam complaints. Exceeding a 0.08% complaint threshold triggers an automatic infrastructure lockout.
4. Mandatory Account Verification & Opt-In
Security is the foundation of our relay. All administrative and technical accounts within the KeksGlobal dashboard are subject to Double Opt-In (DOI) verification. Access to our SMTP Relay and SDK API keys is granted only after a successful verification of corporate domain ownership and work email authenticity.
5. Data Retention & Infrastructure Security
We process telemetry data (Stack traces, logs, and alerts) for the sole purpose of incident reporting. KeksGlobal implements industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We strictly adhere to SOC2 Type II and GDPR requirements regarding data minimization.
6. Enterprise Relay Governance
To supplement our compliance with global infrastructure standards, we perform weekly audits of our relay logs to ensure that 100% of outbound traffic matches the "Transactional Alert" signature. We reserve the right to pause any data stream that exhibits behavior inconsistent with automated system monitoring.
