Policy

1. Purpose of Infrastructure

KeksGlobal provides a high-availability relay designed exclusively for B2B Transactional Data and System Telemetry. The KeksGlobal network is optimized for machine-to-human or machine-to-machine alerts where delivery speed and reliability are paramount. Our infrastructure is not a general-purpose email marketing tool.

2. Transactional Definition

Under this policy, "Transactional Notifications" are defined as messages triggered by a specific action taken by a user or a system event within your application. These include:

• Server-side error logs and stack trace alerts.
• Account security notifications and 2FA codes.
• Order confirmations and digital receipts.
• System-wide critical status updates (Uptime/Downtime).

3. Verification and Opt-In Integrity

All customers must maintain verifiable proof that all recipients of communications sent through our relay have provided explicit, affirmative consent or have a direct functional relationship with the application generating the alert (e.g., system administrators receiving server logs).

Double Opt-In (DOI): We strongly encourage and may require DOI for any human-readable account notifications to prevent directory harvest attacks and maintain the highest possible sender reputation.

4. Abuse Detection & Automated Mitigation

KeksGlobal employs proprietary real-time monitoring to scan for abuse patterns. We monitor:

• Spam Complaint Rates: Must remain below 0.05%.
• Hard Bounce Rates: Must remain below 2.0%.
• Content Analysis: Automated detection of forbidden keywords (e.g., "win", "free", "lottery").

Any breach of these thresholds results in an immediate suspension of the API keys and the Relay Cluster assigned to the account without prior notice.

5. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and GDPR. KeksGlobal cooperates fully with upstream providers and law enforcement to investigate any malicious activity originating from our network.
